24/6 Prayer Burn for 30 days

Letter For Prayer Burn

Dear Precious Ones,

Thanks so much for your enthusiastic response to the Prayer Burn. What a confirmation that God is calling us into His presence and call His Kingdom into our "seen realm!"

As you will see with the attachment, some have already chosen time slots. I don't wish to put any of you into a timeslot not really knowing your schedule and what God is speaking into your hearts. So I am asking you to "try" to select a timeslot and share it with us. If you have any questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to call me.

What should we do on the burn?

  • I am suggesting to "just worship" for the first 30 or so minutes. Select your music and simply worship!
  • I am also suggesting you ask Father, God to dispatch the angels to prepare and gather the harvest for Minnesota, your church, your family and wherever the Holy Spirit prompts you.
  • Repentance for personal, corporate and statewide Sins.
  • I am suggesting 2 Chronicles 20 and 2 Chronicles 5 when Solomon and his ministers
  • sanctified themselves and the presence of God came down and filled the temple. Rev. 8:5 & Isaiah 55:7-11!
  • If you receive more scriptures and insights, please share them with us.

Thank you again for your passion and heart. Bish and I will be lifting you up personally EVERYDAY! Can't wait to hear from you concering your timeslot and what awesome things God is doing in your life and the life of Your Church! Lets get ready to gather the Harvest... Jesus is coming!

Hungry for the Harvest,
Bish & Kathy

Ministry callings from Oklahoma

God has done so much for me in the Oklahoma Women's Conference last weekend. God used Kathy Hamon to show me things in my life that I needed to be set free from. Praise the Lord for freedom! I have known that God has called me into the ministry for several years, but didn't think I was worthy enough to be in the ministry, so I just shrugged it off. I thought I was waiting on God, but all along HE was waiting on me. Praise the Lord, He didn't give up on me.

God doesn't call the qualified, but qualifies the called!

Praise the Lord for Kathy's dedication!

More from Oklahoma

Hey Kathy,
I would like to share with you what a tremendous impact the OK Women's Retreat had on me. God's presence was so real and I honestly don't know how anyone that was there could not be challenged to truly look at themselves and see how great God loves us. After all, each one of us have had issues of some kind that we have had to deal with. This past weekend proved that God's grace and mercy far outmeasure any measure of defeat that Satan would attempt to bind us with.
I personally had a couple of different issues in my life that I thought I had overcome and forgiven. It wasn't until this past weekend that thru your ministry and God's Word that He realized that unconsciously I had allowed my past to hold me back. God revealed to me that He had given me a voice and He had called me to preach and I had allowed past issues to make me feel that I was unworthy and not good enough to truly fulfill the calling that He has placed on me. I had not realized this. After all, I have been an up front person any time that I needed to be. I have ministered to children which is the ministry that God called me to. I have ministered to youth which is the ministry that God expanded me to. I have only spoken a handful of times in a pulpit style ministry. But I now know that when the opportunity arises I will not hold back, but will be bold and allow God to use me in whatever capacity He chooses. I honestly didn't realize that these past issues and hurts were hindering me from going further with God's will in my life. I am uncertain of what all God may have in store for me, but I am willing and am applying myself to be the "Called, Annointed, Woman of God" that He wants me to be.
I also was faced with the reality that if my children are going to be on fire for God the way I want and God wants, then I have to be a better example of the Holy Spirit. I must speak more blessings over them than the cursings that encounter in the world. I will take my authority as their mother to lead them in the right way so that I can hold on to God's promise in Proverbs 22:6.
Thank you for being obedient to God and allowing Him to use you to affect the women of Oklahoma!!
Love you!

Testimony from Oklahoma Women's Retreat

Praise the Lord for the many lives that were changed this past weekend at the Oklahoma Women's Retreat! We could feel the presence of the Lord as over 700 people were praying for the retreat! When Kathy Hamon brought The Word it was powerful and anointed. Women were set free from bondages, healed of grief and hurts they had carried for years, and lives were changed forever. The altar services were filled with women waiting in line for over an hour to receive prayer. We had a wonderful "Jubilee Celebration" as we took back what the enemy had stolen from families, dreams, finances, health, ministries and lives! We serve a Great God and we are so thankful for the transparent, Word filled ministry of Sister Hamon. There was "no condemnation" as generational curses were broken and replaced with The Word of God that brought new life! To God be the Glory!

Testimony from Wichita, KS

I attended the Church of God Ladies Retreat in Wichita, Kansas and boy was it a battle getting there. It didn't take me very long to understand why I had such a difficult time. My life was forever changed that weekend and I thank God for you Kathy, in giving me the tools that I need to break strongholds and generational curses. I now have the knowledge and power to conquer giants that I have had almost all of my life. I'm a single parent with three grown children. Sexual abuse, divorce, abandonment, and addiction have been carried down through generations and I'm ready to fight for myself, my children, grandchildren, etc. and I know that all three of my children will be serving God one day. I am so glad that I went to the retreat! MP

Salvation for a 10 year old

Hello Sis. Hamon,

What a blessing you were to me that week-end! The ladies in our church that went we have all commented on how down to earth you were. You actually seemed concerned about us even after the services were over. We all came home changed women of God. That Sunday night we were in church and we started testifying and the Holy Spirit came down and my dad didn't get to preach that night what a wonderful time we had (not because my dad didn't get to preach) you know what I mean. You know last Fri. night I felt the need to pray for my son he was at his dad's so I prayed that the Lord would protect and guide him and be with him and keep him safe and be with him. It wasn't even 2 or 3 minutes later he called me and was up-set about something he saw on t.v. about the bees dying and all the people dying and I finally got him calmed down. I told him fear was of the devil and he needed to rebuke the devil in the name of Jesus and he would have to leave him alone. Then Sun. morning we had a sunrise service and my son started saying he had to get out of there he kept saying mom I have to get out of here. I told my dad and we started praying for him and I told the devil you will not put the spirit of fear in my son. The devil is a liar Praise The Lord Sun. night right before Jordan went to bed he told me 'mom I need to be saved I want to be saved'. He is only 10 but he has told his dad he didn't want him to die and go to hell and that he needed to get saved too. God is so good and I would like if you would pray for my husband he was not raised in or around church that he will get saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Spirit. I didn't mean to write a book but, you stirred something up in me and I thank God for sending you my way.

VA firefighter on fire for Jesus

My name is Tracy, and I wanted to share a little bit of my experience accessing “The Father’s Heart.”

Kathy Hamon came to King George, Va. to conduct a “The Father’s Heart” conference at the King George Church of God (my home Church). I had never heard of the Father’s Heart, nor did I have any idea of what was lying ahead for me and my family. To be totally honest, I thought the Father’s Heart was just the name of the conference that the organizers came up with. Boy! Was I wrong!

I saw people delivered from the demon’s of their past, people that wobbled into the church that night with the assistance of their cane, drop that cane and start dancing at the alter. I saw my only daughter, whom I never even knew had gotten a ride to the church that night standing at the end of the prayer line, I never would have believed it, if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes.

My daughter accepted Christ Jesus as her Lord and Savior that night, and as she was saying the prayer with Mrs. Hamon, the Holy Spirit came from my left and knocked me 6ft to the right onto the floor. It felt as thought a Mack Truck had struck me from the side, yet without the pain. I have never been pushed to the floor, nor will I allow it, at least not without resistance. I assure you, that you will know when the Holy Spirit gives you the ole nudge. So, I sure you can imagine, that I was a Happy Poppa. But, the Lord wasn’t done yet.

One of Mrs. Hamon’s assistants came up to me and said, and I quote (I don’t know why I am telling you this, but I feel that you need to go through the Father’s Heart). I replied back to her, that I really didn’t know, but that I would seek the Lord about it overnight. Sure enough, during prayer that night, the Lord told me to find out more about it in the morning. So the next morning, I did just that, and the Lord impressed on me immediately that I should do it. I discussed all the options with my Pastor and we sought the Lord together in prayer, and on the 23rd of March, we had an answer. In less than 24 hrs later, I had plane tickets, leave from work, and an appointment to go one on one with The Father’s Heart on 03APR2009. WOW! Was that of the Lord, or What?

Now… when you look at the Father’s Heart booklet, it may appear to be an illustrated, large lettered, easy read, and in a small way, it is... But when, you are SO SICK AND TIRED of dealing with the SAME OLD JUNK that you have been chained to for years and you honestly want change that has a solid foundation. Open the Booklet and use the principles and prayers within the booklet and earnestly seek the Lord to get to the root (core) of the reasons you have these things continue to resurface in your life. He will show you layer by layer until the root is exposed, and once it is acknowledged, He will dig down under the roots of that issue and pull it out for you, and replace that void left behind with Love, Joy, Hope, and Fresh Soil to plant New seeds that will grow to be fruitful and nourishing to you and all those you come into contact with.

The Lord has uncovered things through Father’s Heart that had caused trauma for me when I was a small child, and that was the root of a remarkable amount of sin during my pre-Jesus years. Now mind you, that I clearly had choices that I could have made, but I chose the poor ones, but the root of my issues, continually produced copious amounts of fresh thoughts to compound my sin, and establish new roots of destruction. Even after receiving Christ as Lord, they would still haunt me.

Why did it still haunt me after being Born Again? Why, I am so glad you asked.

Well… When you receive Christ and ask for forgiveness of your sins, He forgives you for the sins that you have committed. Yet, the root cause of what has fed the sin in the first place, has never been exposed. But to have COMPLETE, TOTAL VICTORY and FREEDOM, the hidden roots must be exposed, so they may be removed.

The same thing happens with a weed in your yard. You can kill the stem and the plant of the weed, yet that weed will grow back in a short period of time. You can pull a weed out and have the roots attached and it will still grow back a little while later. It grows back because the roots were only broken apart when they were pulled out, leaving small portions of the root still there, and that root will blossom new sprouts when stimulated. To me, Father’s Heart is a toolbox full of tools to dig down deep into one’s being and remove the roots of our past or our family’s past iniquity’s, and keep them from returning.

If you are truly committed to gaining your Freedom and allowing the Lord to work on you, this is going to an Awesome Tool for you. But, if you go into it half heartedly, and don’t use the tools given, and don’t believe that the Lord want to heal you from within. Then you won’t get much from it. It would be like going to your job as a steel worker, a carpenter, or an auto mechanic without your welder, your toolbag, or your toolbox. You won’t get much done.

But as for me, I believe that it is AWESOME! And I PRAISE the LORD for placing it before me! Hallelujah!

Agape!

Tracy.

"I love this lady!"

Kathy,

I attended the COG Women's Retreat in Wichita. I was the one who was so impressed by your prayer and fasting for US and your obedience to our Lord!

The biggest revelation was the exercise in writing down who left footprints on my heart. I began to list a few people, then realized I AM THE ONE who has left the largest footprints! I know who I am in the Lord...and if someone has hurt me, then I allowed that to happen! I bought into the lies of satan! UGH! I had to forgive MYSELF!! Plus, there is no one harder on me than I am on myself. Again, UGH!

Thank you so much your heart for God. You were truly a blessing!

Presidential Prayer

Please pray for President Obama today, pray for God to give him wisdom as he makes decisions that set the course for the entire country. I like the suggestion given by J. Lee Grady of Charisma Magazine on ways we as Christians can pray for President Obama.

10 Ways to Pray for Barack Obama
By J. Lee Grady

It's over. We've reached the end of the longest, angriest and most nerve-wracking presidential campaign in American history. Finally the "I approved this message" ads have ceased. The endless robot phone calls have stopped ringing. The debates, and the annoying post-debate comments from "experts," are history—until the next election cycle.
More than half the nation is celebrating today while others are mourning. We are a divided nation, split into unhappy fragments by abortion, gay marriage, global warming, a failed economy and an unpopular war. Those who voted for Barack Obama have claimed a historic victory; some on McCain's side are already looking for scapegoats. Politics is politics.
But when I got up this morning, I turned all my attention to the fact that Jesus Christ is still on the throne. His government is what is most important. Regardless of who sits in the Oval Office, the Bible says "the nations are like a drop from a bucket" to God (Is. 40:15, NASB). That includes the United States. We may boast about being "the greatest nation on earth," but He who sits in heaven has a different perspective. Let's take a big sigh of relief now and remember that God is sovereign.
I'll admit this election did not turn out as I had hoped. I supported McCain primarily because I am pro-life and I prefer his small-government mindset. But now that the election is over, I'm not going to harbor bitterness toward Obama supporters or go into attack mode. Obama has been elected president of this country, and that means I have a biblical responsibility to support him in prayer—even if I challenge his policies.
Whether you voted for Obama or not, you need to pray for him. Here are 10 ways I plan to intercede for him regularly:

1. Pray for Obama's protection. We already know that some weird, neo-Nazi fanatics in Tennessee plotted to kill Sen. Obama during his campaign. Let's pray that racist hatred is not allowed to spread. Let's cancel every assassin's bullet in the name of Jesus. May civility triumph over bigotry.

2. Cover his wife and daughters in prayer. It is not easy to live under constant media scrutiny. Pray for Obama's wife, Michelle, and their two daughters, Malia and Natasha, as they face invasive cameras, nosy reporters, maniacal fans and dangerous enemies. Obama is not only a politician but also a husband and a father.

3. Pray that Obama will govern with God's wisdom. God rewarded Solomon because he asked for wisdom instead of wealth, long life or vengeance on his enemies (see 1 Kings 3:11-12). Pray that Obama will order his priorities like that. Despite Solomon's tragic character flaws, his legacy was wisdom. We can ask God to give our president the same grace.

4. Ask God to keep our president humble. Many great American leaders became corrupt after they moved to Washington. The fatal attraction of fame, wealth and power proved irresistible. The only thing that will guard a man or woman from this pitfall is humility. May God deliver President Obama from the curse of pride.

5. Pray for wise and righteous advisers to surround him. Godly leaders cannot do their job alone. Even the best leaders have failed because they trusted the wrong people. Pray that Obama will not select his counselors based on party, race, pedigree or political cronyism but on godly character and proven wisdom. Pray also that he will not allow secret traitors into his inner circle.
6. Ask for the spirit of reconciliation. Some segments of our deeply divided society want nothing to do with Obama now that he has won the presidency. Even some Christians will be tempted to harbor resentment and nurse political grudges throughout his term in office. Pray that God will grant forgiveness and healing so that leaders on all political levels can have constructive dialogue.
7. Pray that Obama will adopt pro-life convictions. Many politicians have changed their views on key issues while in office. In the 1800s some leaders who favored slavery later denounced it. In the 1950s some who opposed racial integration later became champions of it. Even though Obama won approval from many voters because he sanctions abortion, God could soften and change his heart.

8. Bind all evil forces assigned to manipulate our president. The specter of Islamic terrorism looms over the United States, and dark forces are ready to infiltrate. Our only hope lies in prayer to the God who is able to expose and outwit the schemes of the wicked. This is truly a time for spiritual warfare, and intercessors must not come off the wall in this hour! Pray that no foreign government, terrorist organization or demonic principality will use Obama as a tool. We must stand strong against the spirit of antichrist that promotes dictatorship, persecution of Christians and hostility toward Israel.

9. Pray that Obama's door will remain open to the church. The loudest voices of secular culture—from Bill Maher in Hollywood to atheists in academia—would be happy if religion were removed from public life. Pray that Obama, who claims to have a personal faith in Jesus Christ, will unapologetically welcome Christian leaders into his company and seek their counsel. And pray that false religious leaders (who claim to know Christ but deny His power) will not have his ear.

10. Pray that our nation will enjoy God's peace and blessing during the Obama administration. The apostle Paul instructed early believers to pray for all in authority "so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity" (1 Tim. 2:2, NASB). God's will is for America to experience peace and prosperity so that we can continue to export the gospel to the nations. This must happen whether a Democrat or a Republican is in the White House. As we cry out for God's mercy on our wayward nation, pray that He will allow us to be a light to the world as we finance global missions, feed and heal the world's poor and share Christ's love at home and abroad.
